‘Lila, you’re safe here.’
She wakes up in a locked apartment with no memory of how she got there, only to find a stranger calling her Lila. He speaks gently, pours tea for two, and tells her she is better now. But the more she explores the apartment, the more unsettling everything becomes.
Because if he is telling the truth — then why does she feel like she is living someone else's life?
Content note: contains themes of captivity, gaslighting, and psychological manipulation.
“A harsh, icy wind. Dark walls that seem too close. Sounds echo, water drips, and distant thudding. A smell of rust and mold — something unidentifiable.”From the opening of Tea for Two
I'm 16 and I write thrillers that like to mess with your head on purpose.
I've been writing since I was 7, starting with simple stories and slowly building into darker ones that focus on twists and tension.
When I'm not writing, I'm usually playing basketball, buried in a book, or drinking iced coffee.
Tea for Two is my first book: a story about waking up in a life that someone else insists is yours — and not being able to prove them wrong. There's more coming.
